1. Order Cancellation
- Orders for NFC cards can only be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the card has not yet been printed or dispatched.
- Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
- To request a cancellation, email us at support@nfcyes.com with your order number.
2. Refund Eligibility Refunds are available under the following conditions:
- Defective Product: If the delivered NFC card is physically damaged, faulty, or not functioning as advertised.
- Incorrect Delivery: If you receive a card that does not match your submitted design or product type.
- Failed Activation: If the digital panel cannot be activated due to a technical fault on our end.
Refunds are not applicable for:
- Errors caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
- Change of mind after order processing.
- Delay in delivery due to courier issues beyond our control.
3. Refund Process
- You must report the issue within 7 days of receiving the order.
- Include photographic or video evidence, along with your order number and a detailed description of the issue.
- Our support team will review your case and respond within 3–5 business days.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
4. Service-Based Subscriptions (Digital Panel Access)
- Subscription-based services (monthly or yearly access to panel.nfcyes.com) are non-refundable once activated.
- If there is a service outage or technical problem caused by NFCYES, compensation may be offered at our discretion in the form of service credit.
